Common questions

Which videos work?

Public YouTube and VK Video videos — up to 4 hours on paid plans, 3 on the free one. Private, age-restricted and paid ones — as a file only.

What if YouTube is unavailable?

Downloading from YouTube sometimes fails because of the platform's restrictions — upload the file then, the notes will be the same.

How much does it cost?

One video — one note from your free allowance or a pack. A few notes a month are free, then packs; prices are on the pricing page.
